Instructions for setting your Screen Resolution to 1024 X 768
(for computers running any version of MS-Windows)
1. You may wish to print this page for reference, as this window must be minimized to continue.
2. Minimize this and all other open windows so that your Windows Desktop is visible.
3. Right-click anywhere on the Desktop and select "Properties" from the Menu that pops up.
4. When the Properties dialog opens, select the tab at the top marked "Settings", usually positioned to the far-right.
5. Now adjust the resolution slider, left or right as applicable, to the position marked "1024 X 768".
6. Click the "Apply" button and when the dialog pops up to warn that you have 15 seconds to
accept the change, click "OK".
7. Another dialog may pop up to warn that your screen resolution has changed. Click "OK" to accept this change.
8. To reset your resolution to previous settings, follow these instructions again,
substituting the desired resolution setting in step 5.
