provided. All types of medical emergencies are treated. Expedient transfers
to Seattle
area hospitals are available for patients who require specialized treatment.
We are staffed by emergency

Naval Hospital Oak Harbor's Emergency Room is a Level III Emergency Room which
provides high quality health care for the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island
community. The Emergency Room provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment

Inter Island
Medical Center is a designated Level 5 Trauma Center. Medical Center
staff work closely with the
Emergency Medical Service paramedics and EMTs to
provide emergency support services. All of the IIMC physicians and nursing staff are certified in Advance Cardiac Life
Support and Pediatric Advance Life Support. In case of emergency, call 911
